Hallmark Health Care Solutions Appoints Robert Musslewhite to Board of Directors

Seasoned executive brings deep healthcare technology and health system experience

A veteran public company CEO and private company board member, Musslewhite brings decades of experience in healthcare operations, data and analytics, workforce strategy, and technology-enabled transformation. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as Hallmark scales its platform and strengthens partnerships with health systems nationwide.

Musslewhite most recently served as CEO of Definitive Healthcare, a publicly traded healthcare intelligence company. Previously, he held multiple CEO roles at Optum, overseeing major divisions including OptumInsight and Optum Analytics. He also served as Chairman and CEO of The Advisory Board Company, where he led significant growth and steered its $2.6 billion acquisition. 

In addition, Musslewhite serves on the boards of Cardinal Health, Ascend Learning, and Smarter Technologies.
